Capital & Fixed Assets Project Management
"Extreme Makeover" InterSil style involved dividing the multi-acre Palm Bay campus in half! The goal was to spin off and sell the south side of the campus (along Palm Bay road) and to consolidate our resources on the North side (entrance off Robert J Conlin) & save the millions in expenses it takes to operate those additional buildings.
Project "Extreme Makeover" also involved rehabbing the North side buildings into upgraded professional facilities, co-locating various departments and improving the overall work environment and campus with a more high-tech approach.
Project size ~ $12M.
Result - Successful on-time completion under the orginal budget for the upgrades and sale of the south side of the campus to help re-coup a large portion of the project investment!
